Tête de fourche Rally

Je profite de mes travaux de remise à niveau suite à la chute pour racheter une tête de fourche standard, je découpe le haut de la tête cassée, et j'assemble les deux à l'époxy avec un renfort central.

Ponçage, meulage, mastiquage, aprêtage (tout ca est bien vite résumé!)

et le résultat est satisfaisant!

La superposition du haut de chaque tête de fourche, et en disposant la partie superieur plus à la verticale, me permet de disposer d'un espace entre les deux plutôt utile (en noir). J'ai coulé un petit aimant dans la résine du renfort central, ce qui pemet de tenir un ticket de péage.
